Create your own watercolor cactus in this extended 3 hour beginner to intermediate Watercolor Workshop. Jessica will provide a list of recommended supplies, watercolor paper types, as well as go over some of her favorite products she uses in her everyday work. Jessica will introduce a few classic and modern watercolor techniques, as well as go over some household products you can include in your works to create textures and depth. This afternoon paint session is to inspire you to call on your own creative spirit using the basic tools and knowledge available to you in this workshop.
Each student will receive a hand-made travel watercolor palette of Jessica's favorite colors and a utility brush that she uses for most of her paintings. Each student will leave with a greater understanding of the watercolor medium, as well as a finished watercolor moon for framing - along with their travel brush and very own paint set.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
